What we collect

If you contact us, we keep whatever you send — your name, email address, phone number, and the content of your message — so we can reply and keep track of the conversation.

We also build outreach lists from publicly available business information: company websites, public business directories, and licensing records. That typically means a business name, a business email address, a phone number, and the trade the company works in. We do not buy consumer data and we do not collect personal information about private individuals.

Why we use it

To contact businesses about our services, to respond to inquiries, and to deliver work for clients who hire us. We do not sell or rent contact information to anyone.

How to be removed

Reply to any message from us with “remove”, or email caleb@tryupriver.com. We remove the address the same day and do not contact it again. You can also ask us what information we hold about you, and we will tell you or delete it.

This site

This page is served through Cloudflare, which records standard request logs such as IP address, browser type, and pages requested. We do not run advertising trackers or third-party analytics here, and we do not set cookies.
